Contributions to Keystone Christian Church are deductible for federal income tax purposes to the extent allowed by law. Donors are responsible for consulting their own tax advisors regarding the tax treatment, deductibility, documentation, and reporting of any contribution.

3. No Sale, Product, or Service

Keystone Christian Church does not sell products or services through donations.

A donation to Keystone Christian Church is a voluntary contribution to support our religious, charitable, outreach, operational, and ministry purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, no goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation, other than intangible religious benefits.

A donation is not a purchase of merchandise, paid content, membership access, professional services, counseling services, financial services, medical services, legal services, or any other product or service.

4. Unrestricted Donations by Default

Unless Keystone Christian Church expressly agrees in writing to accept a donor restriction, all donations are unrestricted donations to Keystone Christian Church.

Unrestricted donations may be used to support Keystone Christian Church’s general religious, charitable, outreach, operational, and ministry purposes, as determined by church leadership in its discretion and consistent with applicable law and the church’s mission.

References to specific ministries, outreach efforts, campaigns, causes, needs, examples, or programs do not create a donor-restricted fund unless Keystone Christian Church expressly agrees in writing to accept the donation as restricted.

Keystone Christian Church may allocate unrestricted donations where needed most, including but not limited to ministry activities, outreach, religious programs, church operations, communications, donor support, technology, administrative expenses, fundraising expenses, legal and accounting expenses, personnel, facilities, and other exempt-purpose activities.

5. Restricted Donations

A restricted donation is a donation that Keystone Christian Church expressly agrees in writing to accept for a specific purpose.

Keystone Christian Church reserves the right to decline, refund, redirect, or seek modification of any donation restriction that it determines, in its discretion, is inconsistent with its religious mission, impossible or impracticable to fulfill, unlawful, administratively burdensome, inconsistent with applicable requirements, or otherwise unsuitable.

If Keystone Christian Church accepts a restricted donation, it will use reasonable efforts to apply the donation in a manner substantially consistent with the accepted restriction. If a restricted purpose becomes impossible, impracticable, illegal, wasteful, or inconsistent with the church’s mission or applicable law, Keystone Christian Church may seek donor consent, legal modification, refund, or other appropriate action.

6. Donation Processing

All donation amounts are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

By submitting a donation, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are authorized to use the payment method submitted;

  2. The payment information you provide is accurate and complete;

  3. You authorize Keystone Christian Church and its payment processors to charge the donation amount you select;

  4. You understand that a donation is a voluntary contribution and not a purchase;

  5. You understand that no goods or services are provided in exchange for your donation, other than intangible religious benefits.

Keystone Christian Church may use third-party payment processors and donation platforms to process donations. These third parties may collect and process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Keystone Christian Church reserves the right to refuse, decline, reverse, or refund any donation at any time, including where a donation appears unauthorized, fraudulent, mistaken, duplicative, inconsistent with our mission, restricted in a manner we cannot accept, or otherwise problematic.

7. Recurring Donations

If you choose to make a recurring donation, you authorize Keystone Christian Church and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method in the amount and at the frequency you select until canceled.

Recurring donations may be offered through Keystone Christian Church directly or through a third-party donation platform. Keystone Christian Church reserves the right to support account-based recurring donation management, guest donation management, third-party portal management, email-based cancellation, or any other reasonable method for recurring donation administration.

You may cancel future recurring donations by following the cancellation method provided at checkout, through your account if available, through the applicable donation platform if available, or by contacting us at:

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next scheduled charge. If a cancellation request is submitted fewer than 24 hours before the next scheduled charge, we may not be able to prevent that charge from processing, but we will use reasonable efforts to cancel future charges.

You are responsible for keeping your payment method and contact information current. If your payment method fails, expires, or is declined, we or our payment processor may contact you for updated payment information or may stop processing future recurring donations.

8. Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable.

Keystone Christian Church may issue refunds in its discretion for duplicate transactions, erroneous transactions, unauthorized transactions, processing errors, or where otherwise required by law.

Keystone Christian Church does not guarantee that any particular website feature, donation platform, account system, campaign page, communication method, or online service will remain available.

This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

A. Individual Arbitration

You and Keystone Christian Church agree that disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis. You and Keystone Christian Church waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, collective action, representative action, private attorney general action, or consolidated proceeding.

The arbitrator may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party’s individual claim.

B. Arbitration Location and Rules

Arbitration will be conducted in Pinellas County, Florida, unless the parties agree to remote/video arbitration or another location.

The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association or another mutually agreed arbitration provider under the applicable consumer or commercial arbitration rules, depending on the nature of the dispute.

C. Exceptions

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

Keystone Christian Church may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for claims involving unauthorized access, misuse of the website, intellectual property infringement, fraud, security threats, or conduct that may cause irreparable harm.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from reporting concerns to a government agency or cooperating with a government investigation.

D. Opt-Out Right

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, the parties agree that the exclusive venue for any lawsuit or court proceeding will be the state or federal courts located in or serving Pinellas County, Florida, including the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida where federal jurisdiction exists.

You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

28. Changes to These Terms

Keystone Christian Church may update these Terms at any time.

Failure by Keystone Christian Church to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

33. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed if necessary.

The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

34. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Donation Terms and Disclosures, and any other policies posted on the website or presented during the donation process, constitute the entire agreement between you and Keystone Christian Church regarding your use of the website, donations, accounts, communications, and related services.
